I'm sorry to hear that you're looking to leave us.

If you want to switch providers and keep your number, you need to request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC). You can get a PAC from us free of charge:

request via EE online (you will need to enter a one-time PIN we will send you)
text PAC to 65075
contact us by phone

Please be aware that if you leave EE before your plan ends, then early cancellation charges may apply, as well as any remaining Add to Plan charges.
