Just got a phone call saying my phone number will be deactivated in 2 days I'm on contract they started asking for my email address to get me started but the phone number was ‪020 3977 8948‬ has anybody had this happen, something dont seem right to me

@Louise240 , that looks like a scam call, as that is not one of the numbers EE have and they would not ask for your personal details, also if you are on contract, then your number will not be deactivated.

I think @Schockwave is right here, it sounds like a scam. It may be worth having a look at our Avoiding Scams help page. There is some information on there on how to report these types of calls.
