    <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for a new SIM-only deal five days ago, and I've had no update on the delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I've tried to track the delivery using the reference number and email that I received the confirmation receipt to receiving an error message "Oops! Your tracking timed out. Search again for the latest info on your order."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The email receipt I received directly following the order included a phone number unrelated to me that they said they would use to send updates regarding the delivery. I'm not sure where that number came from, but it's not mine. Even using that number, I'm not able to track the progress of the delivery again getting that same error message.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get an update on the progress of the delivery?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;SIMs are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail untracked. The w/end intervened.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;New SIMs initially come with a new no. until you port your own no. to it.&lt;/LI&gt;
