    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4807459"&gt;@Marg19&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you’re doing well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just so I understand correctly, you’ve ported in your old number on your new EE contract however when you go to send a text message, the number showing to others is the temporary EE number that you replaced with your own?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, this is likely to do with your phone itself rather than the number port. Is this happening with iMessage (via iPhone) or RCS messages via Android?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Text NUMBER to 150, do you get the expected response?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I concur with the suggestion this is likely to be an RCS/iMessage issue, but the 150 text test would confirm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
