&lt;P&gt;You would need to report the SIM card as lost by &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;getting in touch with our mobile guides&lt;/A&gt;. They'll block the current SIM and send you a replacement one with the same number to the account address.&lt;/P&gt;
