SIM serial number

Hi,

The app wants my SIM serial number and im not sure where it is on the SIM. Ive tried the number on the old plastic card surrounding the SIM before it was popped out, and that didnt work.

I found the ICCID via an Android app and tried the last 12 and 14 digits of it which also didnt work. (as the app mentioned the serial number is either 12 or 14 digits long).

Is the serial number related to the ICCID ?

@Bob923 , I have the IPhone, and have just checked , not sure whether it is the same for Android, but I had a look under General and then About and it showed the IMEI, but there is another way to check by texting, hopefully someone can let you know how to do it, as I have not needed to.

What in the app do you need the SIM serial number for?

The serial number should be 12 digits and printed on the front of the SIM, and this should correspond with the last 14 digits of the ICCID in your iPhone settings.
