Hi i’m having issues with my sim so i bought another and wondering if i can do like a sim swap?Thanks

@Dannyferg If you need a replacement sim you need to go to an EE store to request a replacement sim and you’ll need to take in date photo ID with you or you can call customer support to request a replacement sim be sent to you.

Welcome to the EE Community!

As @Chris_B has mentioned, you'll need to either contact our team, or pop into an EE store with a valid passport or UK driving license for a replacement SIM.

Standard pay as you go SIMs you can pick up in Supermarkets etc already have an account paired with them, so won't work for a SIM swap.
