Does anyone know how long it will take for my SIM card to be activated? The new SIM card I inserted into the Google Pixel Pro 9 isn't working. My old phone has lost connection moments after I activated the SIM card for my new phone online.

What are the circumstances behind you having a new SIM?

Is this an upgrade phone? Lost or stolen replacement? New line?

It's an upgrade phone.

The SIM is active now. All good. 👍

A replacement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, there's a problem with your current SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone.

If your existing SIM is working and fits your new phone, there's no need to unnecessarily replace it.
