I have a used Lenovo Tablet with a sim card in the slot. Can I use this card or do I need a new SIM card?

HiI haven’t used it, just bought the tablet on eBay and it has a card in. Didn’t know if u could activate it or if I needed to get another sim or if I could use any sim in it?

I doubt it'll be active when you bought it 2nd-hand.

Is it an EE SIM? Can you text AL to 150 from it & get some reply?

I wouldn't top it up until you're sure it's still active. You'll be throwing your money away.

Wouldn't it be more certain, simpler & probably cheaper to just buy a new SIM?
