Welcome to the Community!

We aren't able to send out replacement SIMs here on Community, but if you go to your local EE store with photo ID, or give our team a call, they will be able to get this sorted for you.

Hi there @Vania-23

Thanks for posting on the community.

You would need to report the SIM card as lost to our Mobile Guides, they'll block the current SIM and send you a replacement one with the same number to the account address. Or you can pop into one of our stores with photo ID to get a replacement SIM card.
