I have text 65075 on my phone and asked for PAC and keep getting a reply saying we did not catch that ! I am leaving EE early after 21 years costs to use phone abroad outside of EU are non competitive - how do I get my PAC code ?

You don't need to "ask" for a PAC via the text to 65075. You just text the word PAC - nothing more, nothing less.

@redginger44 , you cannot keep your UK number abroad, unless you use a UK network, which you can use as pay as you go, so not sure why you want a PAC, if you want to cancel the number altogether, you would need STAC.

it has finally come through thanks for your help - i did not want to keep my number abroad I wanted to phone UK whilst away and the costs are £25 a week for Turkey and cannot be set up ahead of travel - ridiculous

Worth looking at plans such as the Full Works SIM Only on offer at £29 with a Premium Inclusive Extra worth up to £20 (TNT/Netflix Premium/Xbox Game Pass/Google One AI Premium) and baked-in EU and ROW Zone 1 Roaming (don't need to buy passes or switch Inclusive Extras).

It is a very good value deal that could be hard to beat elsewhere, especially with EE's generous 50GB fair usage policy while roaming.
