    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unless your replacement phone has an active SIM in it (be it physical or electronic) it won't connect to EE's network - there's no getting around that. This is one scenario where a physical SIM allows for simple swapping between phones.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not familiar enough with the eSIM activation/swapping process to comment further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;- Had esim on iphone 16&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- lost iphone 16&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- dug out my Iphone 14 pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- got a new eSim QR code for the iphone 14&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now waiting for a OTP to activate the sim, to the number that i cannot access, which isnt coming through&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
