I got a new sim by accident and its connected to a card. could i please have that information transferred to my old number as I would love to retain that.

How exactly did you "get a new SIM by accident"? It matters, because that dictates how you may be able to go about having your number transferred.

Also, are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

It's my first time using the network and i couldn't navigate the app. I thought what i paid for was for just data, what i didn't know was it was a sim that's probably on a PAYG subscription. The old sim is paid monthly but i also have to do that manually. I'm honestly just confused.
