      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an iphone on monthly billing and a second EE sim on PAYG. I've been trying FOR WEEKS to change the tariff on the PAYG to monthly billing because the alarm sim runs out of credit after only a few texts but EE 'customer services' cannot do it, it's like dealing with the civil service or children or both.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
