Good morning,

My phone had been stolen while in London (snached out my hands )

Can i please get a new sim ordered to my adress asap as well as my i phone 15 being fully blocked

is there anything you are able to help me out with by getting a new phone.

@lian7ross You need to call customer support ( see numbers below) to report a lost device. You can do this 24 hours a day just listen to all options given.

Hi there @lian7ross

I am really sorry the phone has been stolen out of your hand.

If you call us as @Chris_B has advised the team will block the SIM card and phone and send a new SIM to the account address, they can also discuss the options for an upgrade as well.
