      <title>No confirmation email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve ordered a sim monthly card and when getting to the confirmation page it timed out but i got the email to say it was successful however haven’t received a confirmation email. It also states my new phone number will be on there so I need it to start the eSIM system. Is this normal for online orders to not get confirmation emails?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you say you got an email to say it was successful, what does it say?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did it come through straight after you placed the order, as that would be your confirmation email?&lt;/P&gt;
