Welcome to the community,

You can either go into an EE store and get a replacement SIM card or order online or by phone for a replacement SIM card, you can also do this via the My EE App, this will get you the SIM card with the same number, just make sure that it is a replacement SIM card.

Just remember to report it as lost or stolen, to safeguard your account.

@Nyakuma : A replacement SIM is a SIM with the same no.

Take phone into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll supply a replacement SIM of correct size for free or phone CS for one for £1.50. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that your SIM has been lost. I recommend reporting it as lost as soon as possible so that it can be blocked and a replacement sent. The replacement SIM would have your number on it, but can only be sent to a UK address.

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

If you have lost your SIM card you can get a replacement by either calling us on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and we can post a new one out to you at a cost of £1.50.

Alternatively you can also pick up a replacement from an EE store with valid photo-id (driving license or passport) for free.

Welcome to the Community!

If you speak with our team they can suspend your current SIM and get a new one sent out to you. Alternatively, you can pop into your local EE store to pick up a free replacement, with some photo ID.

I'm sorry to hear you lost your phone.

You can absolutely request a replacement SIM for your number.

I'd recommend doing this by either giving us a call from another phone or by visiting your local EE Store with photo ID.
