@Deniss24 You ask that network for it.

You can not port across a foreign network number to a UK network if that’s your thinking.

but are you wanting to change UK providers and you are now in a different country? If you are you cannot change network providers whilst within a different country.

Well , let me be clear. I just came to my country ALBANIA and i am trying to activate the ROAMING but that doesn’t work very well in my country, so i am trying to get the PAC code and change my NETWORK. I did message 65075 to get the PAC CODE , and this is what they message me

“This service is unavailable when roaming. Please call your provider or log into your digital account to complete your switching request “

All i want to know is how to get the PAC CODE from my country ALBANIA ?
so i can change the network

@Deniss24 , as @Chris_B has written, you cannot do that, you will have to get a SIM card from Albania and use that one, but then anything text you want to receive, would need that number, your UK number cannot be used to get a PAC code for another country, it is just within the UK to a UK network, but only possible when here in the UK.

You will be unable to activate a SIM from another UK network while outside of the UK as it requires connecting and registering on the home network, and the number porting process will also be unable to take place or complete while roaming.

If you want to change to another network, you will need to do this while back in the UK. Or get a new Albanian SIM with its own number and use that while you're there.

You may also want to consider contacting EE Customer Services if you believe your roaming is not working correctly.
