    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4749041"&gt;@JoeHaggers&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; contract don’t just terminate on the minimum term date they changed to 30 day rolling contracts until notice is given to terminate or you change network. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;so my question is has the account holder terminated the contract ? &amp;nbsp;Not doing so will still result in billing . &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your new sim has a new number? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you tried restarting the device a few times?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SIM not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new SIM card for my phone as my contract had run out but I wasn’t the one paying for it. My old one was an eSIM. It’s reading the SIM but it’s not connecting to the network so I can’t use my data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
