    <description>&lt;P&gt;You would activate it in UK 1st before you go. Anyway any replacement SIM applied for after the loss will only arrive in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So I guess it'll have to be a PAYG SIM with a new no. just to use temporarily while you order a replacement SIM in event of your phone being stolen.
