      <title>ESIM not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had issues transferring my eSIM I spent an hour chatting to get it resolved, it took almost 24 hours to work and not just another 24 hours after working it’s dropped off. I have tried to reach out on the app but it keeps referring me to call 150 or another number, however I CAN’T, the call FAILS I need to speak with a person and I’m becoming increasingly frustrated that I’m not able to use my phone the way I need to without WIFI connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>
