Good morning @Woody629

Welcome to the community. I am so sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new sim card.

I know you have probably tried this before but could you please try turning the Phone Off and On, or try your new Sim temporary in another Phone that works with a known EE Sim, and see if it becomes live.

If that doesn't work I would recommend giving our tech advisors a call to see if they can get this working for you.

Thanks

Good morning, I've recently moved both my partners and my mobile accounts to EE and have been able to port my partners number across (her phone is working fine).

My phone though isn't - I've received the same messages that she has but mine is showing as SIM not provisioned, my previous SIM has also now been deactivated, I have no way of ringing EE to talk this through!

Appreciate if anyone can help?
