EE will not have access to her personal pin however they can get you a PUK code to unlock it if the incorrect pin is entered several times. Once entered you will be able to set up a new pin

My mum's mobile phone no longer works. I've tried to set her up on another phone using her Tmobile sim but it's asking for a pin which I don't have. Do I need to contact EE and if so would they be able to help ? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Chris

Thanks for getting back. Unfortunately I think I've got to stick with the Tmobile Sim as it's my mums' and she's trying to retrieve her contacts with it. I don't think a new EE sim would have her contacts info . I'll try the number you gave. Thanks.
