    <description>&lt;P&gt;My PAC has been pending for 3 days now is there any idea when this should be complete? Also has anyone got any idea how to get a live chat on EE it is so hard to get through to anyone over the phone and they just disconnect when they can’t solve a problem meaning you fall back into the cycle of calling and getting a different call operator&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
