      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3192376"&gt;@Jcaines&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You pay the outstanding bill to fix it. &amp;nbsp; Cut off means exactly that outbound and inbound calls/texts/data. &amp;nbsp; The sim is essentially not being allowed to connect to the network because you have broken the T&amp;amp;Cs of the contract between EE and yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you are struggling to pay your bill then you need to call customer support and explain to them your issue. &amp;nbsp;All being well an arrangement can be made between yourself and EE to restore your service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
