&lt;P&gt;I have no idea, I would suggest speaking to EE customer service and see what they say, they should be able to give you a new number and hopefully that will stop the calls, as numbers are usually put in quarantine for several months to stop such things from happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a payg sim 2 weeks ago and already getting calls about debt collection, for people i have never heard of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why has EE sent me a PAYG sim with a phone number linked to a previous person with debt??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately there isn't an infinite supply of mobile numbers, hence disconnected ones are recycled after an extended period of quarantine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That period should be lot longer than a few months, and it's entirely possible your calls &amp;amp; text messages could be common spam.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
