Hi,

I am switching to EE and so far exactly the same has happened to me up to the point of receiving a text about change of address. Fingers crossed!

I will go to a local store of no joy thanks to your post.

How long ago did you order the SIM card? SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive.

If you have not requested a change of address, please get in touch with our mobile guides who will check the order and the address for you.
