eSIM - changing phones

I have an eSIM in my IPhone 15 PM but I’m swapping to a Samsung S24 Ultra which also has one.
Once I’ve wiped/formatted my iPhone how do I set up the eSIM in the S24? Do I need to notify EE or anything? Or is it a straightforward set-up?

Welcome to the Community!

You aren't currently able to transfer your eSIM from an iPhone to an eSIM, but you can order a new eSIM code to be sent through to post in the EE app, or pop into an EE store and the team can get this set up for you.

@MrKnighton Always best to stay with a physical sim if there is no reason to use the eSIM. You just move the sim from device to device.
