&lt;P&gt;You will have to speak to customer service to sort this out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you received a new number, you will have to get it activated, which you should be able to do via the EE App in settings or by ringing customer service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have no account access and do not know who you are, ways to ring customer service are in my signature.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
