How do I get live chat support

Hi,

Ported my number from sky today can text but can’t make or receive calls. Do you know how I contact support? I texted 150 and they are going to call me back (which is not possible) or the app asks me to call them (which is inot possible) . Have an iPhone 13, have been through all the troubleshooting I can find. Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

Are you still having trouble with making and receiving calls this morning? It can sometimes take until the end of the day for the number to port over fully.

What troubleshooting steps have you been through so far? I just want to see if there is anything else to suggest.
