One week ago I changed from O2 to EE. I have had my SIM card for 3 days, but today I have no signal whatsoever. I can’t phone anyone and no one can phone me. I live in Lincoln UK. Can anyone advise please?

Hello @Alfie3404 ,

Welcome to the community,

Can you check here, where you can register, report and receive updates:

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

Have you tried rebooting your phone, also turning phone to airplane mode then back off again? If you have wifi calling, you can use that instead, as it works your phone the same as cellular.

Using the coverage webtool already linked, use the "check coverage" tool initially - does the predicted coverage broadly match your experience? In other words, is this an area of poor service?

If that's not the case, and your real-world experience is substantially reduced from the prediction, use the "check service status" to search for known issues in your locality.

Lincoln's a city with good & bad areas, has your SIM shown EE coverage since you had it?
