I'm trying to get a pac code can't txt as I've been cut off and I can't ring is there anything I can do to get one online

Hi @Mark013

You can visit How Do I Cancel My Contract with EE for self-service options, including PAC code to take your number.

Easiest way to get a PAC code is just text PAC (from the phone) to 65075

However, as you're unable to text due to being services being suspended, you'd need to call our disconnections team, who you can reach on 0800-0798586 from any other phone / landline.

If you have no access to another phone, you can pop into any EE store who can out you through to Customer services for you.

@Mark013 If you’ve been cut off and it’s a contract then EE will not issue a PAC until your pay what you owe. And if you’re still within a contract term then porting a number will result in a bill for you to pay off the remaining term of that contract.
