      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4678783"&gt;@Mark013&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you’ve been cut off and it’s a contract then EE will not issue a PAC until your pay what you owe. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; And if you’re still within a contract term then porting a number will result in a bill for you to pay off the remaining term of that contract. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
