Hi there,

You might need to call EE in order to do this. You can do this by dialing 150 from your handset, or from another device, you can call 07973 100450. I hope this helps.

Was it on contract or PAYG?

If it was on contract & you cancelled or stopped paying for it, you've lost it.
If it was on PAYG, when did you previously make a chargeable action with it? If it was longer than 9 months, you've lost it.
