My name is Yichen. last week someone in the name of an EE employee said he could give me a discounted price for my SIM package, so I paid him 11 pounds.Can you please help me to check if a contract exists that owns my name?

Welcome to the community.

Can you give me a bit more information about when you were contacted? Did someone give you a call to discuss the contract? If they did, what number did they call from?

When you say you paid £11, did you give card details to make a payment with them, or have you set up a direct debit using bank details?

Do you already have an EE contract or pay as you go SIM?

@Truisleere Sounds like a scam to me. Mainly because EE wouldn’t ask for payment to reduce your bill and RE would not reduce your bill or offer your discount mid contract.
