&lt;P&gt;Can you give me a bit more information about when you were contacted? Did someone give you a call to discuss the contract? If they did, what number did they call from?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you say you paid £11, did you give card details to make a payment with them, or have you set up a direct debit using bank details?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you already have an EE contract or pay as you go SIM?&lt;/P&gt;
