Changing from sim to Esim

I need to change my physical sim to an Esim so I can have another SIM card in (for business purposes). How do I go about activating an esim on a phone that has the physical sim in it?

Are you looking to get an eSIM for your iPhone? Do you have a pay monthly contract or pay as you go SIM with EE?
