&lt;P&gt;Most importantly, when exactly did you port-in? Secondly, is there any pattern to the users who can't call on your ported-in number...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are they all on a particular network? Are they all non-EE users? What number is sent when you make an outbound call?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming you've restarted your phone, you'll likely be best reporting the problem to EE-CS who have access to your individual account - but having a check of the points above may help pinpoint where the issue is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to EE from O2, PAC code sent and my old number has transferred to EE but when anyone rings they get the number you have called is not recognised.&amp;nbsp; Tried to log onto account they said they were sending a verification code and nothing has come .Unable to do anything on the phone Not impressed, any clues on how to resolve this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, transferred PAC, messages to say transfer is complete but nobody can ring or message me. I can ring out and the caller display is the number I want to keep but no one can contact me, not great for work. Got my first bill today too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
