&lt;P&gt;To get a pac you need to have an active SIM card. &amp;nbsp; If it was a PAYG sim it’s fully deactivated after 9 months of no use and if it was a contract sim and you closed the account and didn’t request a PAC for it then it’s gone for good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
