&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have lost your phone, there are two ways to get a replacement SIM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One is to give our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides a call&lt;/A&gt; from another phone, and they can suspend the lost SIM and arrange for a replacement to be posted out to you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if you are the account holder and have an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt; nearby, you can go in store with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they will activate a replacement with your number.&lt;/P&gt;
