Hello my replacement sim is taking so long to arrive when it initially said 2 working days it’ll be posted. It’s now been a week and there’s no option to track any sort of order nor have I gotten any updates since I placed the order on 28/12/2024.

Thanks for coming to the community.

SIM cards can take 2-5 working days to arrive and will be posted by Royal Mail with no tracking information available.

If you have not received the SIM, please give us a call and the team can get this looked into, you can also visit an EE Store with photo ID and a store guide can set up a replacement SIM for you.
