e Sim in iPhone 16pro max

I have a new phone and used an e sim in my old one which didn't work in the new one. CS advised to order a physical SIM which has arrived but it doesn't show me how to change it to an e sim. Anyone know how to do this please?

Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 & request an eSIM or phone CS for one.
