We thought the person we spoke to was changing the ownership but we are not sure it has. I can make purchases if I want on the account but it still says in settings ‘Parental controls’ and some things I’m not eligible to click on such as certain phone deals, so I think it still is tied to him. Though it says I can upgrade. Would it be a good idea to order the phone, have him try to login to change the plan and then go about the ownership/account holder? I want to buy a new phone outright and put my current sim in that, is that something that can be done? I will need to change my plan but when I go to do that it thinks I am moving to the network and requesting a PAC code. This may be because when I first was with EE I was too young to have a data plan and so my Dad did it, I am now the bill payer and we thought we sorted out ownership of the account but now I’m not so sure, and so it might think that I am a new customer or is just a formality. Would this be something that he would have to do?
