So you have taken out a new contract with EE and given EE your PAC from your old provider?

You'll have been assigned a temporary number. Once you put this in your phone and it's activated, EE will start the PAC process, which takes a few business days. Until then, you should still be able to use your old providers SIM and therefore not lose any business.

I ported the operator but EE sent me a new chip with a different number, and the portability was done precisely so I wouldn't lose my old number. I need the number because of my business and the loss is being very high because of this error by EE.
