&lt;P&gt;You can obtain a new sim at any EE store, just take identification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3052466"&gt;@bondsteve&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear there are only particular accepted forms of ID for a in store SIM Replacement, these are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;UK Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Full (Book) Passport from any country&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;UK Biometric Residence Permit&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as you have one of these with you and it is in date, they shouldn't have any problems getting you sorted in an EE Store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
