Hello to everyone I have a quick question. Is there any chance to download a second eE sim ? My phone broke down and I had a eE sim in. And I have another phone and the issue is I forgot my password and is asking the phone number. I don't have the phone number because i have ordered 2 times and didn't turned up unfortunately 😕 any advice please 🙏

Welcome to the Community .

Although you can download a replacement eSIM on your other phone, you need your existing SIM to be working to activate it, so it would not help you.

You can order a replacement SIM card by calling customer service where a member of the team can order a replacement SIM card for you.

However if you have already placed order two times and not received, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you a replacement eSIM or SIM card free of charge straight away.
