      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently chose to move from Vodafone to EE. Signed the new contract, sorted the PAC code and everything. Today it was meant to switch over and now I can't make calls or use my data with my new sim. It's not quite 6pm yet but I assumed this would be the latest it could switch. Any advice as to what may have gone wrong here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"Upto 24 hours" is a misleading statement, the timescale is the following working day. Are you saying that today, 23/12 was the scheduled port-in-date? Alternatively, when exactly did you submit your PAC?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It can potentially take into the evening, but is usually complete by the end of the working day. Given the time of year, I would contact EE-CS on 150, they have access to your individual account and can advise on your specific port-in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
