Number expiring

I have just moved from O2 to EE and used my PAC code when I first made the switch. I have now just received a notification on my phone saying my number is expiring in 5 days and I have a new number under my contact details, how do I make sure I don’t lose my number?

Nos. don't expire. Do you mean that the PAC is expiring? If so, as you've already used your PAC you can ignore it & hope EE port your no. within 5 days.

Have you received your EE SIM & activated in the EE network?

Oh, that's an Appley thing, not your actual no. on your SIM. Dunno much about that. Perhaps an iPhone user would come along & explain what you need to do.
