      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have no signal only WiFi. Tech told me to go back to store as it is phone. But SIM into my old iphone13. Still no signal so cannot be the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will not happen over the weekend as number migrations do not happen at the weekend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The correct timescale is "the following working day" from the PAC being submitted or the SIM being activated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Online orders of new SIMs where the PAC is provided, hold the PAC in pending until the SIM is first activated - at which point the PAC is submitted for port-in the working day after.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When a PAC is submitted on an existing working SIM, the port-in is normally set for the following working day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
