So you've proven the issue to your son's SIM/account - the account holder now needs to contact EE-CS who have access to his individual account. Make sure they understand your tests thus far, to avoid the need to repeat them.

CS are on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966150 from any other phone.

Hi

I have 2 phones on my account; my son's and myself, mine is an iPhone 13, but we have a problem with my son's iPhone 11. It can connect to wifi and everything that runs on the internet is fine but it isn't seeing EE, I ordered a new replacement SIM thinking it was that, which came today, but the new one isn't working either, when I take the SIM out of his phone and replace it with my SIM it works, so I know there's no fault with iPhone 11, and vice versa if I put the new sim in my phone, which was meant for his, it doesn't connect, it has to be a problem with his number / or EE, he can't make calls or receive them - please advise

- thank you

C
