I have a SIM that I use in my old phone and it is a pay as you go, unregistered number (not connected to an EE account). All of a sudden it has stopped working and I know it is definitely the SIM as I have tested various methods to see if it is my phone instead. I would like to request a replacement over the phone, but I wanted to see if this would still be possible as it is not registered and I can’t register it either due to there being no service so I can get a code to come through. What kind of details am I providing over the phone?

Thanks
