      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I’ve just changed over from Vodafone and now have no signal, so can’t make calls or go online. I can’t seem to contact anyone for help as I can’t call them. I’ve briefly managed to connect through WiFi but can’t see anywhere to find help. The online chat isn’t showing up in the app. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new sim only contract which isn’t working, I have no calls or internet connection. &amp;nbsp;I have briefly connected to WiFi but can’t contact anyone. Any ideas how to contact? The app chat doesn’t seem to be working. Just tells me to ring them which obviously I can’t do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
